Shipments and returns
We provide home delivery service in Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo area. This service is provided by our partner Cabbie logistics platform. Orders submitted with successful payment before 10:00 during weekdays will be arranged for delivery on the same day. Orders submitted after 10:00 will be arranged for delivery the next day. Parcels are usually delivered within 1-2 days -- based on the area and order confirmed time -- after receiving a clear payment. Special circumstances may cause delays. This service would only prodived on weekdays.
The minimum amount of the order must reach to 50€;
For each order under 100€ will be charged by 10€ as delivery fee;
Orders above 100€ will be delivered free of charge. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Finnish Smart Posti with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Posti Deliver-to-Door with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
As the difficulty to control the transportation time and freight environment of postal service, it cannot be applied to fresh goods and frozen goods, thank you for your understanding.

Except for product quality issues, the return freight charges are borne independently by the returnee under other circumstances.
